You’ll be part of helping us grow our Care Services market share through the recruitment of new Care Home customers and also by supporting our store teams to build strong relationships with their customers and patients. You will need to have a good understanding of what we can do for our customers and you will be responsible for inspiring and engaging customers about our offer.

Primarily, you’ll be out in the field engaging and building relationships with existing and potential customers around our offer with stretching business goals. You will really lead and understand how important it is to network with internal and external stakeholders. Building really great relationships wherever you go.

Secondly, you’ll provide operational expertise to both customers and colleagues as and when required liaising with Store Leadership teams and supporting functions.

What you’ll be doing day to day

• Recruiting new profitable business

• Building effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders

• Providing operational expertise to support our customers and store teams

• Leading the local implementation of Operational Development initiatives

Experience

Sales experience preferable

Customer service experience

Experienced within the care home/care services store environment an asset

Established internal and external networks an asset.

Full clean drivers licence required
