We are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant within Client & Carer Financial Services.

This is an exciting opportunity if you have a customer service or finance background and enjoy supporting people and working in a deadline driven environment.

You will need to be confident in handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, working directly with social care practitioners, providers and service users to resolve queries.

You will be required to:
  • Respond to telephone calls from service users and/or their agents to resolve billing or payment queries.
  • Carry out financial transactions within various systems – updating finance records, identifying and querying missing or inaccurate records and to process data in time for processing deadlines.
  • Provide information, payment and billing advice to service users and/or practitioners.
