Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate employee processes and internal changes (promotions, secondments, etc. for staff
• Support line managers and operational teams in embracing new ways of working
• Support line managers with volume recruitment admin and onboarding new joiners
• Conducting vetting and background checks for Cargo and operational employees
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
