What You’ll Be Doing

In this role you will become instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our well-equipped, brand new strategic sites successfully support the hybrid working approach at BT. Ensuring new equipment is well maintained, fully-functional and available for use to allow us to meet our aims, support our customers and enable our colleagues to thrive. Specifically your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all customer obligations are understood by all areas of the business responsible for delivering service components
  • Organisation of a virtual team ensuring the correct behaviours are being displayed and processes followed
  • Providing costings, supporting business case production and providing meaningful input to programme plans
  • Be the escalation point for all service related issues in your area
  • Engaging and working with key stakeholders on service improvement and user experience
  • Working with and negotiating with 3rd parties and vendors
  • Co-ordination and execution of monthly, quarterly and annual service review meetings in accordance with the provisions of service level agreement and service
  • Provide on-going analysis of reports, performance and trends, generating appropriate and timely recommendations and stating risks to both the customer and the business
