  • Confidence in technology design practices, such as loose coupling, service orientation and hybrid cloud.
  • A good understanding of how isolated technical capabilities can turn into reusable patterns.
  • Ability to lead highly technical discovery work with engineers, solution architects and other stakeholders.
  • A methodical approach to handling complex problems in a large organisation.
  • Expert-level skills in business analysis.
  • A mature understanding of the principles of solution architecture, cloud architecture, data architecture and software engineering.
  • Ability to learn rapidly and develop expertise in new domain areas.
  • Ability to communicate in both the business jargon and the technology jargon, and translate effectively between the two.

  • You like problem-solving, simplifying and reorganising.
  • You have contributed to architecture plans and technology road maps with multiple phases.
