Why this job matters

As a Insurance & Aftersales Product Professional, you’ll work cross functionally, with our existing 3rd party partners (Chubb & Apple) & within a regulated environment to deliver the exciting two phase exco agreed (Nayan) product roadmap & strategy. Furthermore, they will work closely with the commercial trading team & channels (digital, retail, call centre, enjoy) to support delivery of the on-going trading plan & product performance. This is a truly brilliant role for someone who wants to gain experience of launching high profile new products, workg in a regulated & compliant financial services enviroment, managing large third parties & driving commercial P&L performance

What I’ll Be Doing

  • Understand the insurance market landscape, identifying, shaping & delivering new props & initiatives
  • Support delivery of phase 1 of our exciting new insurance product range (Consumer Electronic & Household cover), managing & suppprting key workstreams (i.e. gather product requirements, gaining new FCA regulated permissions, legal, contractual & GTM) through to delivery
  • Support development of phase 2 of our insurance roadmap, launching new insurance categories (i.e. Home, travel, car insurance etc) inc. identifying and on-boarding a new partner
  • Work cross functionally & with our third parties (Chubb, Apple) to support deliver the product vision & strategy
  • Working collaboratively with Channels & Trading teams to deliver trading plan / targets
  • Support on-going new staff and customer promotions
  • Support product management, ensuring & evidencing our products continue to meet demands and needs of customers

Skills Required For The Job

  • Experience of stakeholder management, within a complex challenging environment, able to build working relationships & collaboration with your stakeholders
  • Demonstrable professionalism with a proven ability to operate in a complex, fast paced matrixed business
  • Ideally some experience or knowledge in proposition development, product management & marketing with experience working with channels, marketing and base comms
