Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for committed individuals with excellent customer care skills to join our team at the Powerhouse Hub. The Hubs provide professional front line advice to customers on Housing Benefits. These include Universal Credit, Housing Benefit & Council Tax Reduction schemes, and a wide range of Council services including those provided by partner organisations.

Job Requirements:

  • You will assist with booking appointments, assisting customers with basic computer skills and help with general administrative duties.
  • The successful candidate will provide a professional and friendly service to our Hub customers & partner service providers, via phone or face to face.

Qualification & Experience:

  • A positive and customer focused attitude is essential, so you will need to have experience of working with customers on a face to face basis and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • You will have excellent communication & IT skills and the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
