Job Description:

Working closely with senior members of the Consumer Marketing team, as well as product, technology, editorial, data analytics, operations and customer service, the CRM Senior Manager is responsible for developing strategies and executing programs to drive engagement and increase subscriber revenue. throughout the customer journey, across all channels. A successful candidate will have a strong analytical mind-set and be an organised team leader who can communicate and collaborate across departments and levels of the organisation and be a thought leader for developing new, innovative, results-driven engagement and retention programs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee campaign execution and lead cross-functional teams, including editorial, creative, product, data, analytics and channel managers.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses and prepare interpreted reports for upper management on marketing efforts, assessing results against relevant KPIs/goal and size opportunities for rollout opportunity
  • Partner closely with Data teams to assure data requirements are met for each campaign execution
  • Identify and build strategies to leverage new marketing technologies, platforms, and channels to reach and engage our audiences.
  • Provide project management support for various inter-departmental CRM activities, including technology enhancements, new capability launches, and pilot tests.
  • Work closely with Condé Nast marketing teams across the globe, advising on best practice and providing advice, assistance and support with any market level CRM initiatives.
  • Inspire, develop, support and manage another CRM manager
