Following internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available to join our multi talented team at Tremorvah Industries who provide a wide range of equipment and services to our most vulnerable residents in Cornwall.

Allied to our Ceiling Track Hoist Installation & Servicing teams, this customer service role provides applicants with an opportunity to make a difference to people’s lives by ensuring our servicing and installation appointments are arranged in a timely manner meaning Service Users receive equipment as soon as possible enabling continued safe and independent living at home. Additional duties will also include liaising with construction companies to ensure any ancilliary works are costed, approved and actioned to maintain installation deadlines.

We are open to discussion about flexible working.

Whilst the location/work-base for this role has been specified our evolving ways of working means that the role may require you to also work remotely (e.g. from home/other locations). We will discuss this with you during the recruitment process.
