The role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the SEM team as part of a wider Performance Marketing and report directly into the Digital Marketing Manager for Paid Search. This role is for someone who is passionate about SEM/PPC, is curious on what is working and where we can improve and wants to make a meaningful and measurable impact in the work that they are doing.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Monitor, and analyse past performance to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Execute Search and App best practices and optimisation across bidding, ad copy and landing pages
  • Scope and set up tests,, analyse and present results to the Performance Marketing team and the business, propose recommendations and roll-out schedules based on results
  • Work together with MarTech teams to identify areas to increase efficiency and further automation of processes
  • Manage an increasing SEM budget, improve and scale campaigns against tight, granular KPIs; analyse complex data sets relating to the activity
  • Work closely with other members within the Performance Marketing team and other Marketing team globally in cross-functional projects
  • Use data to form decisions and action plans
  • Requirements
  • Track record on managing Paid Search campaigns in different languages, driving marketing performance and ROI
  • Experience managing large data feeds, analytical tasks and working with large data sets
  • Excel in an environment characterised by constant growth
  • Experience of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google App Campaigns
  • Experience with Apple Search Ads
  • Are comfortable with (and look forward to) solving complex paid search challenges
