Your opportunity

As a new joiner into the Experience & Customer Analytics team in Deloitte Digital, you will use and build on your experience in Digital Data and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). You will be working with clients and other third parties, as well as Deloitte teams from across the Firm, with a chance to deliver for some of the biggest global brands. You will have strong technical knowledge, as well as the ability to communicate to business users at their level of technical understanding.

Your role

It’s fair to say that solving digital data challenges is our key area of expertise, and one which is an ever-increasing battle for our clients. Helping our clients work with and activate their data to achieve goals such as customer engagement and revenue targets through better use of technology is where we specialise. We are looking for technical experts who are looking to grow their solution architecture experience, especially in the CDP space, which is a major growth area for us. In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Be a technical implementation specialist on projects, both in an advisory and delivery capacity
  • Lead technical workstreams on our projects throughout the project lifecycle, including discovery, design, build, and launch, with with on- and off-shore development teams
  • Learn new technologies at a fast pace in this rapidly evolving space
  • Own key technical client relationships, for example with client architects
  • Present and communicate to people unfamiliar with the Digital Data space and CDPs, including about the advantages and caveats of solutions

Your professional experience

As a solution architect joining this fast-paced, growing team, you will have extensive experience in:

  • End-to-end technical implementation of a number of CDP and marketing technologies, for example the Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Google Cloud, including a tag management solution
  • Turning a business problem into a technical solution, including requirements gathering and solution design
  • Managing client relationships and workstreams as part of a consulting background or in-house consulting-type role
  • Owning outputs and being a key point of review on projects

In addition, this role will be a great fit for if you also have experience in:

  • An analytical and logical perspective, with the ability to view a problem from different angles
  • Strong awareness of audience knowledge, and the ability to adjust language accordingly
  • Data engineering and best practices around API design and use
