Your role

A Transformation SuccessFactors Manager may have responsibility for:

  • Leading a team on major HR Transformation programmes usually (but not always) aligned to a SuccessFactors implementation, including managing 2-10 resources across regions / delivery centres
  • Facilitating, or providing strong SME input into, design workshops or labs across HR process design and HR operating model definition. This may include gathering SuccessFactors configuration requirements and advising our clients upon leading practice.
  • Working directly as a trusted advisor to a senior client stakeholder or programme director, helping them navigate the complexities and opportunities of a HR Transformation
  • Resourcing a project from start to finish, helping balance delivery needs and strong resources with financial incentives and expectations
  • Project managing a workstream, or a significant part of a programme, including managing risk and acting as the face of the team in senior / workstream lead meetings
  • Working across multiple projects in sync, managing time and expectations whilst delivering quality and consistent output
  • Producing excellent and concise deliverables, including design documentation, decision papers, and points of view
  • Leading on sales pitches, including formal bid responses and creating materials, proposals, seminars and client offerings to enable business development and increase our market eminence
  • A strong and active participation in the development of our team, including managing Senior Consultants, Consultants and Analysts, fulfilling a People Leader role in the team, interviewing candidates, and supporting career development and wellbeing of up to 6 team members
  • Driving Practice Development initiatives alongside billable client work, helping develop our team and team members

Location: You will likely be based in our Deloitte London office, with frequent travel for client projects. We specify full mobility for our consulting roles but make arrangements for our people respectfully, including supporting flexible working where feasible.

Work pattern: This is a permanent contract opportunity.

Your professional experience

An ideal candidate for this opportunity should be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Fall in love with the problem and the solution – you are able to evidence passion for HR Technology, and its role in creating user-friendly experiences and enterprise leading data management in the modern organisation. The Future of Work is powered by rapidly improving technology!
  • Know the territory – you have an understanding of HR Technology, preferably involving some implementation experience and ideally having attained the associated certification for a relevant SuccessFactors module(s). However, we would encourage strong HR consultants or professionals with a genuine interest in the sector to apply and evidence this as you see fit.
  • Be able to convey your idea or solution – you have excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writing
  • It’s not all about the tech – you are excited when challenged and are able to perform a variety of functional and technical consulting and project management roles, and advise clients on leading practice process design that is oriented around their people, and not just the technology. Our people are true consultants, and enjoy the flexibility and challenge of working on high impact advisory roles as well as implementation programmes
  • People are our Purpose – both for our clients, on our projects, and in the SAP SuccessFactors team. You should be able to and excited to develop strong relationships internally and externally, using your network to deliver excellent results for our clients and our business

Personal independence
