We are looking for a Principal Fire Surveyor to provide a comprehensive fire safety management service to ensure that the Council premises are safe and compliant with all statutory requirements. key service areas include, fire re-inspections, on site audits and audits of fire remedial work including records and information updates, prepare detailed reports and associated documents relating works with priorities actioning all breaches of legislation inadequate fire management and the provision of technical advice, feasibilities, and design documentation.

The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment with a continuous stream of work within the public sector, working with internal and external clients and partner organisations on a varying and challenging portfolio of buildings. You must be comfortable in a client-facing role, helping to develop the existing business by establishing close bonds with both clients to achieve repeat business.

The ideal candidate will thrive on the responsibility and autonomy in managing a varied workload and be able to spot opportunities to help clients achieve their ambitions.
