Job Description:

The position is within our Corporate Real Estate (CRE) department. It is a well-established team of property professionals based in over 30 countries globally and offering services across the complete property lifecycle. The department is responsible for maintaining the existing portfolio of buildings as well as new acquisitions, disposals, constructions and facility management services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Translate Real Estate use cases, user stories and business requirements into technical specifications and estimate development effort
  • Management of SharePoint projects under Agile approach and manage multiple project backlogs
  • Effective communication to various audiences including various levels of management and internal customers clients
  • Identification of interdependencies between individual projects and pro-actively determine optimum approach across multiple projects
  • Design, develop and maintain robust SharePoint based solutions using Nintex Forms, Nintex Workflows and custom code delivering enhanced SharePoint functionality to meet business requirements
  • Front end development using following technologies: JQuery, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, Ajax and REST API.
  • Write and maintain user documentation, provide support and training to users
  • Develop best practices for tool deployments (e.g. developing libraries and style templates)

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience of integrating data from external web services into SharePoint applications would be advantageous.
  • Some exposure and/or experience of developing custom SharePoint 2013 solutions using any of the following technologies: SharePoint Designer, Nintex Forms, Nintex Workflows, JQuery, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, Ajax and REST API.

Qualification & Experience:

  • A proven track record, of delivering complex technical projects, with a number of years of Project Management experience. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong background in IT or change related delivery
  • Previous experience working in a globally distributed IT team
  • Experience of working with SCRUM methodology within an Agile Team (certification would be very advantageous).
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform products would be advantageous.
