Are you an experienced administrator with exceptional organisation skills? Are you a team player with a real ‘can-do’ attitude?

We are seeking a self-motivated administrator to support our busy L&D department, working with existing administrative systems, as well as proposing improvements. The role is hybrid, based in our London Office with the option to work at home for up to 3 days a week.

Dogs Trust is the UK’s largest dog welfare charity and normally cares for around 14,000 dogs across its network of 21 rehoming centres in the UK and one in Dublin. Dogs Trust has a non-destruction policy and will never put a healthy dog to sleep.

HR is a growing team of over 30 friendly, hardworking colleagues delivering a first-class service to the organisation and its c.1,500 employees across all HR activities, including recruitment, payroll, learning and development and employee engagement.

In this role you will be responsible for all administration within the L&D team, including coordinating the annual course calendar, liaising with managers and colleagues across the organisation to book courses and update training records, and monitoring enquiries in the training inbox.

To be successful in this role you will be an exceptional administrator with brilliant people skills and a methodical approach to your work. You’ll work well under pressure and will be able to prioritise your work effectively to be as efficient as possible.
