Job Description

Our People Systems Manager is looking for a HR Systems Administrator (known internally as People System Administrator) to join their busy and high performing team. This role will be based at our offices in Smethwick B66 1BY.

Main Purpose of Position

To ensure efficient and effective day to day delivery of People Systems processes to

ensure that agreed KPI’s and SLA’s are met and adhered to. This position requires a

pragmatic approach to working processes, information flows and data structures.

Working alongside the People Systems Administrator, the People Systems Support

Administrator is responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, upgrades

and ongoing administration of People systems and will act as a first point of contact

for any system queries or issues.

Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility

  • To respond to general enquiries into the People Systems Team
  • Day to day support of the People Systems
  • Act as a ‘Super-User’ for the systems by providing support for end-users and
  • troubleshooting bugs
  • Create and analyse reports from the Success Factor system
  • Create system bulletins, training materials, reference documents for end-users
  • Supporting all People systems users by analysing, tracking and resolving
  • issues, escalating critical issues to management when appropriate
  • Actively monitor and revise data held within the system to ensure that it is
  • accurate, consistent and complete
  • To input into People projects when required
  • To undergo any other tasks as requested by the reporting manager

Qualifications

To be considered for this role you need to evidence;

  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills together with a strong working
  • knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUPs and formulas
  • Good data management skills and knowledge of data compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Very well organised, with ability to work to tight deadlines and varying and
  • sometimes conflicting priorities
  • Ability to work well in a team and to work on own initiative
  • A strong understanding and respect for confidentiality
  • Experience with working with Systems

Desirable

  • Previous experience working with Success Factors would be preferred but not essential
  • CIPD qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification
