Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in one or more programming languages, including Java, C++, Python.
  • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience and present technical materials to groups of any size and background.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly and understand complex, technical products (e.g., AdSense, AdExchange, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SQL/MySQL and Unix/Linux operating systems and commands.
  • Excellent data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

About The Job

gTech’s Professional Services team takes a creative, collaborative, and customer-centric approach to provide foundational services and forward-looking business solutions to top advertiser and publisher customers. Through technical implementation, optimization, and key solutions, gTech Professional Services helps customers attain their business goals while building long-term capabilities.

The gTech Professional Services (gPS) Publishers team works with publishers in the region across news editors, e-commerce sites, broadcasters, and mobile app creators. We help them improve their growth with Google by implementing and integrating Google’s products as well as increasingly investing in broader, cross-functional, technical relationships with them to work towards impactful solutions for their business challenges. Our team is close to the business and customers. You will understand and qualify business needs, define functional requirements, and work in the development and deployment of technical solutions in the space of advertising, automation, and data integration along with technical workshops for clients and partners. You will provide the voice of the customer to Product Management and Engineering teams in order to make ongoing improvements to our tools and products. You’ll work on multiple projects concurrently, either independently, in small teams, or coordinating cross-functional teams in Google to develop and grow our clients’ business, and ensure success through our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers and partners in their day-to-day challenges by delivering innovative and scalable solutions.
  • Work closely with our Sales team to identify, develop, and optimize business opportunities and develop client relationships by leveraging Google products and technologies.
  • Develop solutions as the technical lead, provide consulting services to our partners, build lasting relationships, and be aware of client needs.
  • Advocate product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
  • Propose, design, create, and present prototypes, demos, and proofs-of-concept to a wide variety of audiences, from engineers to marketing professionals.
