Hampton’s are working in partnership with a well-known, health and social care provider who provide residential housing and care support for Elderly individuals. Our client are dedicated to ensuring both their service users and staff are happy, healthy and safe to achieve their full potential. They are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic Commissioning & Performance Manager to assist the Head of Service to oversee and monitor the performance of all services, alongside leading the commissioning of any new services and acquisitions opening within your region.

Salary: £62,000 + Company Benefits

Location: Remote with travel around your region. (Central Region)

Hours: 35hrs Mon – Fri

Candidates suitable for this post will be preferably be able to demonstrate:

  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory standards and best practice in Adult Social Care.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Good relationship management skills.
  • Experience of managing projects and working collaboratively with internal and external teams.
  • Proven experience in producing and developing improvement plans.
  • Commissioning experience.
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance regulations.
  • Level 4 qualification (or higher) in social care / leadership & management.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
