Compliance Administrator

£42k – £50k, dependent on experience (FTE to be pro-rata’d for a part-time appointment)

Full time or Part time working considered (minimum of 25 hours per week)

30 days annual holiday if full time

This is an exciting new role created to ensure that the School remains fully compliant at all times with all relevant laws and regulations that pertain to the independent education sector, as well as professional standards, accepted business practices, and internal standards.

With effect from 1 January 2023, the School will operate a defined contribution scheme for teaching staff. Teaching staff will have the choice of remaining, or if they are not already, becoming a member of the TPS; or opting out of the TPS and joining the School’s new flexible defined contribution Pension Scheme, the Aviva Pension Trust for Independent Schools (APTIS), at their chosen level of contribution. If Teaching Staff opt to remain in the TPS, then their total remuneration will be reduced by 4.77% to cover some of the additional TPS employer costs.
