This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role at a world leading university, supporting one of our most senior leaders.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective and professional administrative support to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Research, Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise at University of the Arts London.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • The day-to-day management of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor’s diary
  • Managing correspondence in all forms, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and greeting visitors
  • Overseeing office systems and processes
  • Providing support for Senior Management Team meetings, drafting agendas, and taking minutes and notes
  • Taking a leading role in organising internal and external events

When required, you will also provide administrative support on the Deputy Vice-Chancellor’s priority projects, working across University of the Arts London with colleagues in its various colleges and services.

Your profile

You will need to be a highly organised and great communicator, with significant administrative experience and proficiency in MS Office, as well as experience of using online tools for diary management, financial administration and HR administration.

Experience of coordinating senior level meetings, working to deadlines, and working in a large or complex organisation are equally important.
