Salary range: £27,370- £32,658 pa

The Role

Our client is currently looking for an exceptional PA / Executive Assistant to join their Group Administration Team to primarily support one of their Senior Post Holders, the Deputy CEO Academies.

Skills And Experience

They are looking for a professional individual who has outstanding and proficient administrative and digital skills, who can multi-task, has an eye for detail, take minutes, work at pace, in a high pressurised, systemised but rewarding environment. The postholder will enhance the executive support team and join them in their core purpose of delivering significant positive impact to the lives and future prospects of pupils and the local communities that they serve. You must be an experienced PA / Executive Assistant and interested in contributing to our client’s mission, working with them in their challenging and rewarding environment, they will help you develop your skills and build your career. Good communication and organisational skills are a must.

Main responsibilities will involve:

  • Manage and monitor inbox, draft email correspondence, ensure your mail is read and responded, streamline e-mail communications and organise email to promote productivity.
  • Proactively manage the Deputy CEO’s extremely busy diary, accommodating regular complex changes in their schedule and pick up diary conflicts so that key deadlines are met and responsibilities fulfilled as efficiently as possible.
  • Act as an all-around gatekeeper and strategically manage the Deputy CEO’s time with respect to priorities, goals, and objectives.
  • Work with all members of the Leadership Team and other managers across the organisation.
