The Company

Based in Central London with flexible hybrid working, our client is of the UK’s most popular Mexican restaurant chains. Using the best quality and freshest ingredients, they have over 60 locations across the country and are gearing up for big growth.


The Group Marketing Manager will create and implement integrated marketing campaigns, promotions and events which drive awareness and sales, both nationally and regionally.

You will:

  • Manage external relationships with partners and agencies, including franchise, delivery, shopping centres/local groups
  • Produce campaign briefs and brand guidelines for external and internal use
  • Seek out and manage brand collaboration opportunities
  • Support the launch and creation of virtual brand(s) in the UK and abroad
  • Oversee launch plans and strategy for new openings
  • Produce and analyse reports to measure brand/channel performance and make recommendations
  • Be the gatekeeper of the brand and represent at relevant industry events
  • Support on new product development and menu building
  • Set financial objectives and budgets
  • Work closely with the Operations and People team to execute campaigns effectively
  • Support the growth and development of the Marketing Executive


The successful candidate for this Group Marketing Manager role will have significant experience of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

You will also:

  • Have a keen understanding of the youth market
  • Be able to identify and create growth opportunities through brand positioning and partnerships
  • Possess strong organisation/project management skills and an eye for detail
  • Have experience in driving strategy, campaigns, and analysis
  • Be experienced in using digital channels as an online acquisition/retention platform
  • Have previous line management or account management experience (advantageous but not essential).
