Based in gorgeous offices in a great central London location and supporting a lively, sociable, high-performing team of staff, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of all aspects of the day-to-day, 360 degree HR service.

The role will cover

  • managing and taking the lead with various employee life cycle events including inductions, handling queries, training and appraisals
  • helping to ensure compliance and keeping up to date with new legislation and policy change
  • working on projects such as DE&I, Wellbeing, HR system improvements
  • manipulating data to generate reports and analytics on HR metrics

The successful candidate will need

  • a genuine passion for building a career in HR
  • superb attention to detail
  • the ability to communicate confidently with people throughout the business
  • some previous HR or office admin experience
