Growing, ambitious Account Director required for a brilliant digital agency working on huge, household name brands.

The aim and ambition of the agency is to produce beautifully creative and effective CRM campaigns.

As the Account Director, you’ll lead teams of account managers and executives, and provide effective mentoring and development of the team. You’ll be involved in the strategic development of client accounts of course, and contribute to new business pitches and presentations. The role will be offered hybrid, working 3 days in Bristol and the rest from home. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who is based around Bristol, or who is looking to relocate.

You need to have:

  • Experience in an Account Director role is desirable, or minimum 2 years experience at SAM level
  • Understanding of agency Client Services techniques
  • Excellent understanding of CRM principles and data-driven marketing best practices
  • Great communicator and great at building relationships with clients as well as colleagues
  • Leadership qualities, from supporting a CS team, guiding projects, mentoring and recruitment support
  • Well organised and demonstrate thorough attention to detail
  • Demonstrate highly proficient use of MS Office Suite and Harvest
  • Highly motivated to meet deadlines and the highest standards
  • Dedication to producing work to be proud of both individually and as a team
  • Continuously seek to improve the quality of your work by applying critical thought and digging deeper into briefs and requirements
