MAJOR PLAYERS

Our client, a global powerhouse, and a leader within sports retail are looking for their next Graphic Designer. This role will sit nicely within their expanding creative and marketing team located In Soho, London where you will have the opportunity to design across a range of marketing assets and produce content to catch the eye!

You can expect to be designing across campaign content, retail store windows and POS, social content, branded content.

You will be working closely with their Senior Lead Creative working on everything football for their clients, so a passion for football is a must! You’ll be working from Initial concept right through to final delivery, mostly working with photography assets captured by their photographers. Some athletes they’ve worked with in the past include Lionel Messi, Bruno Fernandez, Jack Grealish and Mason Mount! Content will include a mixture of studio-based, on-pitch & behind the scenes locations featuring some of the world’s top sporting brands like Nike, adidas, PUMA, Under Armour, and ASICS.

This is the perfect role for you if you are ambitious, football and sport obsessed and looking to join a newly formed creative and marketing department working within a fast-paced culture. You must be used to developing and taking ideas from inception through to completion whilst owning the process end to end.

What You Will Be Doing In Your Role

  • Be a creative powerhouse across design, storytelling, and general awesome ideas. A base of strong graphic design principles – typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
  • Design and development for external facing marketing material, such as advertising campaigns, fly posters, out of home media campaigns
  • Design and developing in-store elements, such as vouchers, signage, hoarding, window vinyl, window displays, way finding, content for digital screens and windows, etc.
  • Take ownership of in-house digital design including social media, websites, display, PowerPoint and Keynote sales decks and email ensuring we’re up to date, designing to the latest standards and making the most of new features and technology.
  • Conceptualize visuals and develop designs following a brief
  • Assist with the management of assets, typography, logos, icons, and branding

What Skills Will Help You Be Successful

  • You will need valid working rights for the UK & EMEA countries
  • 3+ years’ experience working in a graphic design role
  • A strong design portfolio attached to your application
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop
  • A keen eye for detail and a critical mind
  • Creativity and a passionate interest in design
  • The ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team
  • A high level of self-motivation, commitment, and dedication
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
