Organisational Development Consultant for a membership organisation paying £43,263 starting ASAP

Your New Company

You will be working for the largest trade union for Health located near Oxford circus who are looking for an experienced Organisational Development Consultant to join their team on a FTC for 6 months.

Your new role

Throughout the duration of your role as an Organisational Development Consultant, you will be working closely with managers, OD colleagues, learning and development colleagues to ensure best practice of development courses, as well as with HRBPs to get stuck into various organisational change projects to support the strategic direction of the organisation. You will be given the chances to display your creative ideas with high chance of accountability. As an Organisational and Development Consultant you will be big on promoting equality and diversity.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• A Graduate degree or equivalent qualification relevant to Organisational Development or Adult learning .
• Recent experience in a People and OD function role; including managing change projects, facilitating groups, drafting and report writing, and commissioning, delivering and evaluating L&D activities.
• Build and maintain productive working relationships
• Be immediately available or within 1 weeks notice
