Prospectus are excited to be working with our client to help them recruit a Philanthropy Manager. Our client is the world’s leading independent conservation organisation. Their mission is to create a world where people and wildlife can thrive together.

This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis paying between £33,000 to £36,000 per annum with flexible hybrid working arrangements between home and their office in Woking.

As the Philanthropy Manager you will help build long term relationships with a range of donors including trusts, foundations and high net worth individuals with the capacity to give upwards of £50,000. You will expertly use your interpersonal and networking skills to identify new supporters and build rapport.

The ideal candidate will have demonstratable experience in major donor fundraising and in portfolio management with a track record of delivering against income targets and KPIs. Income generation will be a prime indicator of success in the role.
