Job Description & Summary

Our Technology & Data Analytics (TDA) business unit is 600 strong and offers a range of high value services for organisations going through business and technology change. This is a unique opportunity for you to develop and apply strategies that help clients leverage enterprise technologies so they can get a higher return on their investment, mitigate risks, streamline processes, and find operational inefficiencies. We assist clients in understanding and challenging their current risk profiles and develop strategies to build digital confidence by embracing opportunities to stay competitive through building trust and resilience into their technology systems. We cover a wide range of disciplines, including risk evaluation, operational and strategic Information Technology processes, project governance, application implementation, data integrity, cyber security, and accounting/audit.

Our team helps companies manage risks on their journey to a more digitally integrated environment which enables them to better harness new technologies and the flexibility of the cloud. You’ll focus on helping clients gain value across their technology ecosystem by addressing risks tied to systems, security, data, reporting, and programmes.

We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial, high achieving and high potential individuals to join our Salesforce capability, as a Manager. Applicants of this role should have extensive and hands-on knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Pardot/Marketing Cloud. As a Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team and will be responsible for leading Salesforce projects pertaining to designing & implementing Salesforce Risk management applications & designing security & controls framework.

Responsibilities

  • Interfacing with clients as a consultant, auditor or business process specialist, designing, implementing, and/or assessing controls as it relates to multiple versions of the Salesforce platform-core financial modules, projects, some industry specific modules and/or bolt-on products for a global network of professional services firms.
  • Understanding and interfacing with clients on projects involving SDLC for Salesforce product implementations, Risk configurations solutions – e.g. security and control, and/or optimizations of business process controls and application security, especially with facilitating core Salesforce and Shield, other GRC applications and technologies, and industry-specific modules/products;
  • Identifying and addressing client needs, including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships; and,
  • Performing as a team leader, especially leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction, motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.

Job Requirements & Preferences

Certification(s) Preferred:

  • Salesforce.com Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce.com Certified Sales/Service/CPQ Consultant (Desirable, not mandatory)

Essential

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of Salesforce admin and/or Salesforce controls auditing, consulting and/or implementing
  • Demonstrate in-depth and hands on experience working with salesforce platform on configuration, integration, security, administration and other core features;
  • In depth knowledge on Salesforce technical solution architecture, key business processes and integrated solutions involving different Salesforce clouds (including but not limited to Sales, Service, Platform) and a variety of middleware products (Mulesoft, Informatica, etc) establishing quality and schedule.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and data migration concepts with Salesforce including in depth knowledge in Tableau CRM, data modelling, master data management, data governance & security.
  • Proven ability to design synchronous and asynchronous integrations in Salesforce by leveraging enterprise integration patterns.
  • Demonstrate proven ability to work with the technical and business stakeholders to understand and document business processes and data requirements
  • Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously; and,
  • Demonstrate a broad understanding of enterprise applications and platform security concepts corresponding to Salesforce integration within the end-to-end ecosystem for enterprise customers (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Marketo and related cloud and/or on-premise ERP business applications).

Desirable

  • Understanding of Fusion Risk Management framework & Operational resilience concepts
