Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Complaint Case Assistant on a full-time, 6 month contract basis based at their Ealing Gateway office. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum.

About the Complaint Case Assistant role:

The role will be focused on ensuring that the promises and plans they make at either stage one or stage two of their complaints process are delivered. This will include ensuring that their internal teams deliver actions required of them and ensuring that the customer is updated regularly as on progress.

What they’re looking for in their Complaint Case Assistant:

  • Previous experience of working within an in-house payroll function including data input, calculation and reconciliations using a payroll software package.
  • Ability to perform manual payroll calculations for tax, NI and other associated statutory payments.
  • Good numerical abilities and proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
  • An understanding of GDPR and the importance of maintaining confidentiality at all times.

  • Sound customer service knowledge with relevant experience preferably within a housing environment
  • Good communication skills in writing or oral
  • Tenacity, resilience and focus in the face of adversity or challenge

  • A good analytical and lateral thinker
  • Empathathetic and focused on delivering an excellent service to their customers
