CITY & COUNTY OF SWANSEA

As our Chief Executive, you will shape and lead the strategic direction of the Council, ensure the success of our strategic programmes. You will also ensure the delivery of our services across our Education, Social Services and Place Directorates and our supporting Corporate Services and Finance Directorates.

You will work collaboratively with other partners in the city, region and across Wales, together with our elected members, to make the most of opportunities for residents and communities. Transparency, ethical standards and governance are therefore critical to our success.
