About the Role:

We’re looking for a bright, creative and conscientious Marketing Assistant to support a busy marketing team.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be working with the marketing team to help deliver both the business to business and consumer activity, providing both administrative, content creation, social channel management and creative support to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

About You:

Marketing team support (B2C & B2B), including:

• Project managing selected campaigns, with full end-to -end responsibility.

• Copywriting and design support.

• Social media content production to plan, create and manage content calendar.

• Purchase order & supplier management.

• Maintaining marketing Sharepoints to support internal stakeholders.

• Manage inbound marketing email enquiries for Motors.co.uk.

• Key marketing point of contact for internal stakeholders requiring support with marketing assets.

• About You:

• 1 years (minimum) marketing/content production related experience.

• Proven project management skills.

• Design skills to be able to produce high quality social media content, sales support materials (such as one-pagers). Experienced in: Powerpoint, Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, Word & Excel.

• Experience of creating content for social media.

• High attention to detail & accuracy.

• Experience with managing budgets & raising purchase orders is essential.

• Excellent communicator with strong copywriting & proofreading skills.

• Confident in managing external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Self-manager who thrives on responsibility in a busy team environment.
