pension administration service to customers, members and employers, for the Local Government Pension Scheme, Fire and Police pension schemes. We hold the Customer Service Excellence award and are looking for people who are committed to customer care and are ready to take on new challenges.

We’re currently looking to fill roles across our
Member Services
and
Employer Services Teams:

  • Member Services – provides end to end pensions administration, from setting up a new starter in the scheme, through to payment of the pension to the member and subsequently to any surviving dependant.
  • Employer Services – provides support to Employers on day to day administration, organisational changes, employer annual returns and data quality, as well as maintaining a database of Employer contacts. The team are support both members and employers with online services.

You’ll have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with both internal and external customers. Using your organisational skills you’ll prioritise your work to enable you to meet the requirements and deadlines of the team. Skilled in identifying issues and suggesting solutions, you’ll be an excellent team player and will use your “can do” attitude to motivate others, ensuring excellent outcomes for our customers in the process.
