Salary Range: £27,009 – £30,101 per annum

Work Location: Hampshire Highways Depot, based in either Hook or Bishops Waltham/Totton

Hours per week: 37

Contract type: Permanent

The Role:

You will deliver the local network management/
highway maintenance service through the inspection and raising of works orders, identifying work needs and customer and stakeholder communication. You will be responsible for ensuring statutory obligations are met in accordance with agreed policies, procedures and budgets.

As the first contact for Councillors, public and other bodies on minor
highways matters within their local area, it is important you are a confident communicator with sound knowledge and experience of
highway maintenance. You will be sufficiently experienced and competent to plan, advise and deliver highways maintenance/minor improvement programmes, including financial monitoring and control.

It is essential you will be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the role.
