Job Description:

Associate People Business Partners play a key role in support of driving change, and meeting the people needs of the business. The Associate BP will support across the corporate business functions with a particular focus on Finance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the People Business Partners and teams in shaping and delivering functional people and project plans that bring to life the engagement, talent, wellbeing, and diversity agendas.
• Working alongside People BPs, and People Projects team you will support in delivering functional people plans to meet the business needs and improve performance, increase engagement, and make Heathrow a great place to work.
• Supporting the People Business Partners with key annual processes including performance management process, salary review and bonus payments.
• Support the People Project Managers to keep track of projects, providing progress reports, writing communications, and support in carrying out project evaluation.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work with ambiguity, with strong resilience and determination to succeed in challenging business environment.
• HR generalist experience with strong advisory skills and knowledge in employment law, and HR best practice s.
• CIPD qualified or studying towards qualification
• Strong advisory skills and knowledge in Employment Law
• Ability to work autonomously and enjoy working in an everchanging, fast paced environment
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across the business to be able to provide quality and successful solutions to people issues .
• Ability to understand and analyse complex data and identify trends that drive functional and organisational improvement.

Qualification & Experience:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal including experience of presenting and influencing senior management.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with strong attention to detail .
