Job Description:

As Digital Marketing Executive for The Biltmore Mayfair you will be responsible for driving increased market share and revenue through a strong online presence, reporting to the Director of Marketing & PR.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute all agreed hotel marketing strategies and monitor on-going on-line marketing campaigns performance and reporting;
• Creating new artwork and adjusting existing artwork in line with brand standards.
• Maintain a current and accurate photo library.
• Printing, producing and finishing in-house art work; Be a brand ambassador for the hotel ensuring all collateral conforms to agreed brand standards, using the right tone of voice and content is compliant with corporate guidelines;
• Report on digital activity and make recommendations to improve performance and ROI;
• Execute effective use and creation of e-newsletters and on-line marketing campaigns in accordance with regional and corporate online guidelines;
• Conduct competitor research and stay up to date with the latest digital trends;
• Develop, maintain and grow hotel databases to promote all hotel disciplines including targeted Hilton Honors campaigns.
