We are looking to recruit a HR Support Administrator. The role sits within the Recruitment Team, currently a team of 7, who deliver an efficient and customer focused recruitment service to the Treasury and our wider customers. Alongside ensuring compliance in line with Civil Service recruitment principles throughout the recruitment process, they provide expert support and guidance across all stages of the recruitment campaign, from initial recruitment briefing to managing job offers and contracts to successful applicants, playing a vital role in a number of high-profile priorities for the Treasury.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to begin their HR career, with on the job learning in a fast-paced environment, career progression into both generalist and specialist HR disciplines, and access to industry recognised training.

The role will be primarily focused on supporting the day-to-day running of the recruitment service, acting as a first point of contact for queries, processing new and in-flight campaigns and providing advice to the business around best practice and policy.

HM Treasury is proud of a diverse and inclusive work environment, committed to fairness and the promotion of equality of opportunity for all. We know that having a range of experiences, ways of working and thinking makes us a stronger organisation, better at developing policy that is reflective of the communities we serve.
