Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator to join us at our Head Office in Liverpool on a 3 month fixed term contract.

Our Customer Support Team are responsible for all aspects of customer support from answering calls to responding to messages via email and social media platforms.

Job Overview

  • Provide support and deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints via phone, email and social media platforms
  • Process customer claims
  • General administrative duties
  • Maintain computerised records

Minimum Criteria To Apply

  • Good knowledge and understanding of customer service within retail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Computer proficient (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer)
  • Excellent judgement and ability to solve problems
  • Ability to work as part of a team

With plans to increase our store portfolio to 1,000 stores throughout the UK we are a fast-paced retailer opening 50 stores a year (nearly one every weekend) – and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

Package

  • £20,045
  • 37.50 hours a week
  • Any 5 days from 7 which will include weekend working
  • Shift start times vary between 8am – 10am
  • Shift end times vary between 4pm – 6pm
  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years’ service
