Job Description:

We operate a hybrid working policy which means that (with the exception of your first few weeks when we would like you to be in the office more often, to make sure you’ve settled in) you will have the option to work from home for up to two days per week. Because in this role, visibility in the office is important we require that you work from the Store Support Centre (in MK) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week, however we do ask for flexibility as there may rare occasions when these days may chance, depending on whether there are any important meetings or team events you may need to attend. Equally we are happy to offer the same flexibility if there are occasions when you want to swap these days out as well.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience as an HR Generalist or an HR Business Partner role, ideally in a support centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at a senior level.
  • Effective business partnering demonstrating the right level of challenge, coaching and influence to drive results.
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of the operational levers which drive success.
  • Ability to work at pace and with agility, working in an innovative way that challenges the norm.
  • Strong analytical skills to use data to identify trends and to influence and drive corrective action.
  • Project management and planning skills managing small to medium sized projects.
  • Experience of advising on complex employment relations activities with an up to date understanding of current and future employment legislation.
