Global Asset Management, the investment management business of the HSBC Group, serves HSBC’s worldwide customer base of retail and private clients, intermediaries, corporates and institutions invested in both segregated accounts and pooled funds. We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as Programme Manager- Asset Management

Role Purpose

As a Programme Manger within Business Transformation function you will lead and support change initiatives supporting Responsible Investments. BT helps in delivering those initiatives throughout the complete programme lifecycle / end-to-end ensuring effective management and oversight utilizing Group’s Change Frameworks and tools. This includes support in planning and prioritization, cost estimate and management, solution design, project delivery, quality assurance, roll out and transition to BAU

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide and assist with the management of adherence to scope and requirements (functional and non-functional) to ensure the projects remain on track.
  • Define the target Operating Model, Business operating and Service models
  • Engage with key stakeholders, define project requirements
  • Analysis of data provided and refine to detail scope and work required
  • Assist locations in implementing global operating model and procedures

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Sustainability, ESG, Responsible Investing and the external environment (regulatory, peers and political)
  • Knowledge of EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Reporting (SFDR) requirements to transform existing Article 6 products to Article 8 or 9 and for launching new products, to meet regulatory standards
  • Experience in working with market data (instrument, pricing) and ESG data (external vendors, engagement and research)
