Servicing Manager – Self Invested Personal Pension

Retirement Services has a highly experienced and technical administration team who’s aim is to provide training and coaching to ensure you are consistently supported during your time with HSBC. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join the SIPP Pensions Team as a Servicing Manager

The role involves:

  • Dealing with all areas of Self Invested Pensions from establishment, reporting to clients and advisers, dealing with third parties, setting up income payments and much more
  • Providing a best in best client centric service
  • Coaching and overseeing a team of junior administrators.
  • Leading and/or engaging in pension initiatives/projects
  • Specialists in either pension permissible investments (standard and non-standard) or pension payroll

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in self invested personal pension environment
  • Knowledge of HMRC rules and regulations in relation to current pension legislation
  • Knowledge of FCA rules and regulations in relation to personal pension plans
  • Confident communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage and continually develop teams

The base location for this role is Whiteley however all UK locations will be considered as Hybrid working options are available.
