Working as part of a small, dedicated team, the Human Resources Officer will support the Strategic Advisor (HR & Service Support) in the delivery of a professional HR Service for the Company at all levels.

You will be involved in all aspects of employee relations work, contribute to the development, review and consistent implementation of people related policies and processes across the Company and be responsible for effectively managing HR information and data. As an intuitive and creative thinker who can use judgement and knowledge to resolve issues, you will contribute to developing and creating processes and systems to support the business needs.

You must be qualified to a minimum of CIPD Level 5 and have experience of providing HR support to senior levels in a diverse, complex, unionised and fast moving environment. An excellent communicator with the ability to develop and maintain good, effective working relationships at all levels is key.

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the ability to use various software applications is essential as you will oversee the production of HR information for a range of situations from statutory returns to collective bargaining information.
