An exciting opportunity has arisen at Bronglais General Hospital for a pharmacist with drive and enthusiasm to join our dynamic Pharmacy team.

The Clinical Pharmacy Service is well established and provides high quality care across a variety of specialities. You will join a team of experienced Pharmacists, Technicians and Assistant Technical Officers and work as part of the multi-disciplinary team to deliver a patient focused Clinical Pharmacy Service to patients at Bronglais General Hospital.

You will have the opportunity to rotate through specialities such as Acute Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Critical Care, Community hospital settings, Care of the Elderly, Women’s Health and Paediatrics. There is also a busy clinical decisions unit and emergency department.

The post requires a highly motivated Pharmacist with excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills. You will be part of our friendly and passionate pharmacy team and contribute to the implementation of medicines optimisation, striving for excellence. You will provide a specialist and professional service to enable us to meet high standards of patient care and safety. You will be involved in the education and training of pharmacy colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
