Advance the People Teams impact by championing security and access system as part of HRIS programme. Enabling clusters of European countries go live with a single solution, aimed at positioning JD as an employer of choice.

The JD People team puts the colleague at the heart of what we do to develop a level of service that emulates the JD brand and maximises colleague experience.

We are looking for a HRIS Security & Access Manager to control how security impacts all other product areas with a strong understanding of security domains, report security, security groups, and roles. You will consult and provide guidance on security design for our HRIS solution, providing HR system expertise and guidance on the benefits of automating and standardizing HR functionality.

key duties/responsibilities

  • Ability to analyse and map security access rights and profiles to match the needs of the business.
  • Create access structure for global and region-specific roles, documented and trained to end users where necessary.
  • Broad knowledge of security protocols and GDPR laws.
  • Ability to identify access-related errors and resolve issues.
  • Ability to meet and manage multiple project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols.
  • Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure from all devices.
  • Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
  • Strong team players with ability to self-motivate and motivate others
  • Provide regular reports auditing our current services and latest changes, as well as our internal practices.
  • Identifies potential project risks and issues related to security access and works to avoid the risks and mitigate issues
  • Works with users and co-workers to ensure successful system implementation
  • Experience having effective conversations around requirements, manage the intake process, and ask the right questions to scope and solve the requests.

skills/experience/knowledge needed

  • Experience working with clients, internal or external, to identify and provide system and data security for large projects.
  • Participates in analysis discussions to ensure the security requirements match the system setup.
  • Creates and maintains standard operating procedure and testing for access controls.
  • Ability to manage work, lead a workstream, and mentor junior team members
  • 3+ years of experience in system security and access control.
  • Experience in developing frameworks for data and system security.
  • Previous experience in deploying HRIS solutions across multiple territories beneficial.
  • Elevated level of attention to detail with strong administrative and organisational skills and be able to prioritise your own and your team’s workload.
  • Must be methodical and be able to work to strict deadlines.
  • Have an awareness of GDPR and be able to act with absolute discretion and confidentiality
