Advance the People Teams impact by championing the HR solution team as part of HRIS programme. Enabling clusters of European countries go live with a single solution,aimed at positioning JD as an employer of choice.

The JD People team puts the colleague at the heart of what we do to develop a level of service that emulates the JD brand and maximises colleague experience.

We are looking for a Testing Executibe to support the execution of all system testing.

key duties/responsibilities

  • Maintaing a testing plan and strategy
  • Administering the creation and categorisation of test scenarios
  • Supporting all aspects of testing for the full European HRIS Programme
  • Applying all required testing processes and givernance
  • Support the execution of all testing activities throughout all testing including UAT
  • Prepare Test Progress Reports
  • Prepare Daily Test Progress Reports
  • Support Defect Management
  • Effective Stakeholder engagement
  • Support in preparing and maintaining overall Test Plans
  • Support in managing and coordinating Test Schedules
  • Collating, documenting and summarising Test findings

skills/experience/knowledge needed

  • Previous Test Lead and Test Analyst experience on large programmes (cloud based HRIS solutions preferable)
  • ISEB/ISTQB certified (preferable)
  • Understanding structured test methods
  • Extensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and processes
  • Analytical and proactive approach to work
  • High attention to detail, not faultered by high pressure and managing concurrent test cycles
  • Effective communication skills for varying audiences
  • Excellent record keeping
  • Co-ordination and leadership skills
