Duties and Responsibilities
You will be able to create cookware, dining, and food-related theatre, experiences, and events in the branch.

You will be customer-facing, planning, and delivering both your own programme of events and those led by the head office team, working on occasion with the assistance of third-party suppliers. These events will run during our busiest trading periods to attract customers and provide experiential events that engage and drive sales performance. Other events will run as part of local initiatives or wider programs, collaboration with Waitrose, and seasonal marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements
Your days will be varied and you will need to be able to deal with ambiguity and be able to balance a variety of different tasks on a daily basis, whilst working in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication and engagement skills are highly desirable not just with our customers but with our suppliers.

This role will suit a confident, motivated and independent individual who takes responsibility for planning and organising their own time along with driving their personal development.

Desired Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Level 3 Food Safety
  • Home Economics qualification
