Ke y Respo n sibilities of the Role

  • Support development efforts for tools and solutions that support the Enterprises’ Capacity Management platform
  • Support Infrastructure Management solutions by leveraging the best of AI/ ML technologies
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand and solution their requirements using modern engineering practices
  • Help prioritize tasks and communicate to senior management on product’s vision and roadmap
  • Deliver on product commitments and highlight risks/ issues to concerned stakeholders
  • Identify product synergy opportunities and align with organization’s technology roadmap
  • Collaborate with Technical and Non-Technical business partners to develop analytics-based solutions
  • Provide support to internal and external audit requests

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of system design, infrastructure components and infrastructure management lifecycle
  • Strong experience in delivering Statistical based and Machine Learning based solutions
  • Good understanding of ML platforms (SageMaker) and ML Frameworks (MXNet, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SparkML, scikit-learn)
  • Experience with Private Cloud and Public Cloud Platforms like AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organization involving cross functional, and /or cross- business projects
  • Experience in capacity planning and management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Data Modeling and Data Management Life Cycle
  • Experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction
  • Experience with end-to-end product development lifecycle
  • Ability to concisely articulate complex information in both verbal and written form
  • Experienced in highly available, high scalable application/service development for distributed infrastructure products like distributed compute and storage
  • Understanding or have experience with agile and lean philosophies
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with clear communication
  • Knowledge of capacity management industry best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems
