Merchant Services are seeking an Associate to join the EU Solutions Architects team to learn more about Merchant Services to become a Client Consultant overtime to work with our European and Global clients to delight and excite them with our current and evolving payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in understanding the client’s payments flows by attending presales meetings, reviewing RFP’s and developing an understanding the Ecommerce/ Point of Sale/Payments Industry
  • Participate in client on-boarding projects providing consultation on the implementation of products into Client systems
  • Work with our clients’ partners to help them understand how to integrate to our platforms
  • Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • The role will involve some travel in the EMEA region

Experience Required

  • Experience working in evolving product environments
  • Experience of presenting to internal and external participants
  • Great communication skills – the ability to take a complicated message and deliver in a way that s clear to understand
  • A great collaborator, with experience of building strong relationships internally and with clients
  • Desirable – Experience of eCommerce solutions using a known platform such as Magento, Oracle/BEA Weblogic, IBM Websphere Commerce Suite, ATG, Hybris etc.
  • Desirable – HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development experience
  • Desirable – exposure to ecommerce & retail payments
