Are you early in your Marketing career and looking for an opportunity to grow and develop at a leading Asset Management Company? We are looking for a talented Marketing Associate to join our UK Funds Marketing Team. The right candidate will bring a mix of experience and enthusiasm to help drive our digital, data and analytics focus.

The London based UK Marketing Team works closely with the UK Funds business to support and deepen relationships with existing clients and cultivate new relationships with clients across the UK financial market place. This includes wealth managers, Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and investment platforms. Our overarching goal is to be a valuable partner to the UK financial community, providing first class information and insights to support clients’ investment decisions.

In This Role, Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Active management of our UK Adviser website, working with the wider marketing team and business to optimise our content, user experience and overall site performance
  • Partner with internal specialist teams to develop and establish regular marketing data analytics across all marketing channels and campaigns, providing analysis and reports
  • Support the development of key client / marketing collateral and content. Ensuring communication processes and content adhere to company/industry standards and compliance regulations
  • End-to-end management of our hosted product web conferences
  • Planning and executing email marketing campaign activity, including the weekly client newsletter and individual campaign related emails
  • Assist in managing our merchandise inventory

To be successful in the role you will have / be:

  • Experience of marketing within financial services, with a strong interest in building a career in Asset Management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, web and social media
  • Strong technical skills and comfortable / experience using enterprise technology platforms such as CRM, Marketing Automation and Content Management Systems
  • Be data literate and curious, demonstrating an ability to manage, understand, interpret data and analysis
  • Strong execution skills, with process discipline and high standards
  • Willing to take the initiative and be comfortable with bringing forward new ideas and taking ownership
  • Have strong project management skills, able to track and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Be someone who wants to positively contribute to an environment where diversity of thought and experience is welcomed and encouraged
  • Be a keen learner who will pro-actively seek opportunities to continually build their business, product and marketing knowledge
  • Be a team player, able to collaborate and build strong relationships with distribution and marketing partners and external agencies
  • Specific platform experience that is desirable but not essential: Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront, PGI GlobalMeet, Adobe Content Management Systems, Google Analytics, Datorama
