The JobShare Programme coordinator will be responsible for interviewing and proposing matches for candidates. Coaching both the candidates and the manager through the hiring process. The Job Share Programme coordinator requires broad knowledge about different roles within JP Morgan and assess the suitability of candidates for these roles. The Job Share Programme coordinator must be comfortable coaching candidates, speaking to hiring managers and engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Internal Candidates

  • Work with colleagues looking for part time roles to introduce and educate them on job sharing
  • Perform a search to find a suitable job share partner for the internal candidate based on the evidence provided in their CV, expression of interest and initial interview
  • Provide coaching on how to create a successful partnership application and provide a point of contact for candidates to connect and apply for full time roles together as a job share partnership

External Candidates

  • Partner with lateral recruitment to source high quality external candidates to join internal candidates in job shares and apply for full time roles together
  • Sourcing of cvs, Using hiring@jpmc, external vendor to find high quality candidates
  • Interviewing and coaching candidates
  • Matching them to individual candidates and each other

Managers

  • Proactively reach out to hiring managers with open reqs to educate them on job sharing and see if their role is suitable for job sharing
  • Supporting the hiring manager through raising a job sharing req and positions with F&BM
  • Coach managers on managing a job share partnership
  • Coach managers on interviewing the job share candidates
  • Communications and Marketing
  • Develop Internal communications plan as part of EMEA roll out to include the following;
    • Demystifying job sharing events
    • Developing and sharing testimonials and articles of successful Job share partnerships
    • Regularly providing news communications through Symphony and the existing EMEA wide communication channels
    • Work with EMEA DEI and PR on gaining more external press opportunities including promoting stories on JP Morgan website, LinkedIn, relevant industry press, Timewise Awards etc

Business and Stakeholder Management

  • Create a scorecard with agreed metrics and proof points for managing the success of job sharing across EMEA, including candidate and manager feedback
  • Maintain a pool of candidates looking for job shares and a pool of managers looking for 19hours job sharers for their roles
  • Partner with HR, F&BM and LOB managers to ensure a successful continued implementation across EMEA
  • Work with HR and Technology to realise process improvement and automation opportunities highlighted by the proof of concept pilot.

Data and Risk Management

  • Ensure all data is managed in line with relevant policies and local laws
  • Ensure all relevant risks are identified and managed and work with HR risk and compliance managers where appropriate

  • Experience in Project management and leading on key initiatives

  • Experience of coaching colleagues/candidates using different techniques in order to achieve a goal
