Our Global Security Function

Global Security protects the firm’s employees and assets throughout the world. This mission is executed through the implementation of technology, best-in-class talent, and client collaboration. As a part of Global Security, Global Workforce Screening is responsible for conducting the Firm’s screening processes in order to ensure a safe and secure working environment and to guard against the potential liability to the Firm’s employees, customers, facilities, assets and reputation.

The role is central to delivering a range of projects – process improvement change, automation and technology as well as implementing new screening programs in response to policy and regulatory changes. The role will also cover screening policy governance including the upkeep of the EMEA screening matrix.

Tasks And Responsibilities To Include

  • Responsible for managing a range of tactical and strategic projects, leading end to end for EMEA including initiation scoping, planning, execution, and closure, ensuring appropriate resourcing and scheduling to achieve success
  • Work in close partnership with and influence multiple stakeholder groups such as Technology, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Assignment Sponsors, Sourcing and project teams; globally
  • Develop clear project milestones, roles and responsibilities and timelines and provide clear and regular updates to relevant sponsors, escalating risks and issues early and driving issue resolution as required
  • Work closely with the EMEA GWS Operations Manager in identifying and implementing in-team process improvements and managing the change impact to the team and the operational process
  • Drive best practice and efficient practices utilizing project management tools
  • Carry out any other duties or projects as directed by EMEA GS Senior managers and to provide general support to all product lines when required
  • Report to the EMEA Head of Global Workforce Screening in London

Technical Competencies

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and implement projects ranging from small scale tactical projects to strategic projects in a multi-location and international environment with a good understanding of the project management discipline and best practice
  • Track record in delivering operational or technology change and process improvement in a project manager role
  • Experience with risk and controls, data privacy programs, process improvement
  • Experience handling confidential, personal & sensitive information
